As a Certified Signing Agent/Remote Online Notary, I serve clients in person or remotely on online platforms in witnessing and notarizing their closing documents. My training and experience come from NNA training courses as well as working with a dedicated and experienced Signing Agent that has been doing closings for the last 15 years. I also have 5 years of experience teaching and training Notaries on becoming Signing Agents. I am certified through the NNA with background check clearance, State Bonded and E&O Insured. Closings include Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, HELOCs,1st and 2nd mortgages, New Construction, Debt Settlements, Loan application packages, REO's, Purchases, and E-Signings. I have witnessed over 10,000 closings to date with 9 years of experience. I am available 7 days a week from 8 am - 9 pm.
